Two new food and drink venues at Seamill Hydro Hotel

RAD Hotel Group has opened two new food and drink venues at Seamill Hydro in a move to expand the hotel’s offer to guests and the local market.

The new additions are Tides, a 180-cover all-day restaurant, and Sirens, a Champagne and cocktail bar, both positioned to make the most of the hotel’s coastal setting overlooking the Firth of Clyde.

Tides will trade daily until 10pm with an all-day dining offer built around Scottish produce. The menu includes seafood, grilled meats, pies, burgers and sharing dishes, with the kitchen led by head chef Andrew Heaney.

Sirens, which opens from noon until late, has been developed as a separate lounge concept next to the restaurant, offering Champagne by the glass, cocktails, small plates and no and low alcohol options.

Aaron Kyle, director at RAD Hotel Group, said the openings had been designed as destination venues in their own right while making use of the hotel’s coastal setting.

He said, “A long time in the making, we’re absolutely delighted to open Tides and Sirens as part of a new food and drink offering at Seamill Hydro.

“It was our vision from the outset to create two distinctive destination venues that feel special in their own right, while making the most of this incredible coastal setting on our doorstep.

“Tides offers a truly memorable dining experience centred on quality Scottish produce and magnetic sea views, while Sirens brings new energy to the resort with a beautiful space to unwind, celebrate and connect with friends or loved ones over cocktails, Champagne or small plates.”
