Seamill Hydro is calling on locals and guests to help choose a name for its new restaurant and cocktail lounge, which is currently under construction.
The development forms part of the hotel’s ongoing refurbishment under RAD Hotel Group, which took ownership in 2023. The former Arran Suite is being redesigned to create two new spaces with floor-to-ceiling views over the Firth of Clyde.
Plans include extending the footprint of the existing Orangery restaurant, increasing capacity from 120 to 180 covers. A new cocktail lounge will adjoin the restaurant, offering panoramic coastal views.
