Cameron House sold in reported £100m deal

Cameron House on Loch Lomond has been acquired by London-based Victory Group from KSL Capital Partners in a reported £100m deal.

The sale represents one of the most significant hotel transactions in Scotland in recent years and gives Victory Group control of one of the country’s best-known luxury resort properties.

The 208-bedroom resort on the banks of Loch Lomond, includes hotel rooms, suites, apartments, cottages and lodges. Its facilities include two golf courses, a spa, leisure facilities, three pools, a marina and eight food and beverage venues.

Victory Group focuses on real estate and hotels across Western Europe and this acquisition is its first in Scotland and follows investments including Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva and the Zudo mixed-use redevelopment project in Amsterdam.

Erik Moresco, founder of Victory Group, said, “This acquisition reflects our strong conviction in high quality assets in attractive locations. Cameron House combines a setting of breathtaking beauty, heritage and luxury, with legendary Scottish hospitality. We are excited to be making our first acquisition in Scotland and we continue to see the UK as a compelling investment market.”

Cameron House is currently described by the resort as a Five AA Red Star property and was named fifth best resort in Europe in the Condé Nast Traveller UK Readers’ Choice Awards 2025.

The acquisition gives Victory Group a major foothold in Scotland’s luxury hotel market and brings one of Loch Lomond’s highest-profile hospitality assets under new ownership.
