Chef and star of MasterChef: The Professionals, Rohan Wadke, is hosting a series of five-course dining events this autumn at Cameron House on Loch Lomond.
Starting from 29th September and running until mid-November, Chef Rohan is inviting guests to join him on a culinary journey from Indonesia to Malaysia with a menu designed to celebrate the essence of South-East Asian cuisine. The menu takes its inspiration from Rohan’s heritage and culinary background working within some of the UK’s finest restaurants.
Set within the hotel’s, The Monarch Room, the menu includes Moilee Soup with toasted masala brioche; Scottish hand-dived scallops in a Thai lemongrass and red broth with masala crumbs.
