Macdonald Aviemore Resort has agreed a number of local partnerships to help benefit the wider region after joining forces local experiences and attractions including the Highland Wildlife Park, Landmark Forest Adventure Park, and the Strathspey Railway steam train. For the first time, all three partnerships are running at the same time and tickets for each attraction are being offered at a discounted rate for guests staying at the resort.
The resort has also teamed up with Action Adventure Activities to offer guests a variety of outdoor pursuits. Available on-site during April, these include sports like archery, axe throwing, and crossbow shooting as well as family highland games and archery golf.
Meanwhile, staff are currently in talks about creating a similar partnership agreement with Cairngorm Mountain to offer mountain biking escapes and walking tours with a launch announcement expected soon.
