La Bottega Collective launches global supplier group following major investment and acquisitions

A new supplier group aimed at the global luxury hospitality market has officially launched under the name La Bottega Collective, following a series of acquisitions and investment deals. It brings together several long-established hospitality suppliers under one international structure, led by La Bottega CEO Tommaso Pacini, who secured backing from private equity firm Three Hills and the Ruffini family’s investment vehicle Ou(r) Group to fund the acquisitions.

The group includes La Bottega, known for its luxury guest products; Beltrami, an Italian producer of bespoke linens for hotel bedrooms and spas; Vanity Group, which distributes branded bathroom products including those from Origins; and Palatino, a supplier of operating supplies and design consultancy services.

La Bottega acquired a majority stake in Vanity Group in 2024, with the option to purchase the remaining shares, and followed that with the acquisition of Beltrami and Palatino as part of a wider buy-and-build strategy supported by Three Hills. According to the group, the aim is to create a single source for design-led products and services tailored to the luxury hotel sector.

The leaders of the acquired companies have reinvested in the capital of the new Group as minority shareholders and will continue to occupy senior executive positions within the new organisation.

“What you see today began with my father in 1981,” said Tommaso Pacini, CEO of La Bottega Collective. “We have a production flexibility, an excellent distribution reach, and a speed of execution that very few players in this industry can match. We are what didn’t exist before — a unique place where everything you need can be found.”

The collective, now headquartered in Milan with offices across five continents, reports a consolidated turnover of more than €200 million in 2024, and works with around 15,000 clients worldwide. It currently employs over 900 staff and plans to expand further, with new showrooms due to open in New York, Dubai and London.

Mauro Moretti, Founder & CEO of Three Hills, said, “We are delighted to support La Bottega in their growth journey, particularly in a sector we know well and where we believe we can bring tangible value.” Pietro Ruffini, CEO of Ou(r) Group, added, “La Bottega Collective represents a truly unique reality, a platform that stands out in the luxury hospitality landscape.”
