Aberdeen’s Macdonald Norwood Hall has won the Wedding Coordinators of the Year award at the Scottish Wedding Awards, beating strong competition at a black-tie ceremony held at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel.
Judges praised the Norwood team’s commitment to customer service for brides and grooms. Sister venue Grange Manor, near Falkirk, also took home the Hotel Wedding Venue of the Year title on the night.
The win adds to a strong recent run of recognition for the Aberdeen hotel. It claimed Wedding Venue of the Year (North) in 2023, Local Wedding Exhibition of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, and Best Wedding Venue (Aberdeen/Aberdeenshire) at the Your Scottish Wedding Awards last November.
General manager Katrina Wardrop said the award reflected the efforts of the hotel’s wedding team. “This latest achievement is welcome recognition for our dedicated team of wedding professionals, who all work tirelessly to provide the best possible experience for each bride and groom,” she said.
