Klarent Hospitality has appointed Joe Green as Managing Director of Transactions. He will lead the hotel investment and management company’s growth plan across the UK and Europe, following its recent acquisition of Edinburgh’s landmark hotel, The Caledonian, and will be responsible for seeking and finding new investment opportunities.
He joins Klarent Hospitality from CBRE where he worked for three years as Head of UK Brokerage, advising current and prospective clients on the hotel selling and acquisition process. Prior to that he was Head of Transactions and Development at Amaris Hospitality, where he was responsible for building and managing a high-performing transactions team to oversee Lone Star’s sell-down of the Amaris Hotel portfolio.
