IHG Hotels & Resorts has joined the Institute of Hospitality (IoH) with 10 of its UK & Ireland leased and managed hotels as company members.
The move sees staff from properties including voco Grand Central Glasgow, Kimpton Blythswood Square, and InterContinental Edinburgh The George sponsored into professional membership.
Robert Richardson FIH MI, Chief Executive of the IoH, welcomed the new members at an onboarding session in London, saying, “I’m absolutely delighted to welcome 10 IHG Hotels & Resorts hotels as Company Members of the Institute. Their decision to join us as the world’s largest professional body for hospitality, reflects their commitment to the Institute, to supporting their global team and investing in professional development.”

The other participating hotels are Kimpton Fitzroy London, Kimpton Charlotte Square, , Kimpton Clocktower, InterContinental London Park Lane, voco Cardiff, voco Oxford Spires and voco Oxford Thames.
