Hamilton’s Bar opened at the Auchrannie Resort on the Isle of Arran at the end of last month, occupying the former ground-floor lounges of the House Hotel.
The space has been redesigned as a social bar, with seating options including booths, fireside chairs, and bar stools. The interior features floral accents, smoked oak, velvet seating, and a green granite bar as the central design element.
The bar takes its name from Lady Mary, Dowager Duchess of Hamilton, who bought Auchrannie House in 1928 and shaped its gardens. The design draws on that connection, mixing period references with a contemporary finish.
The drinks list covers classic and signature cocktails, wines, champagnes, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. A sharing plates menu runs alongside the drinks offer.
