Eòlas, the restaurant at Murrayshall Country Estate in Perthshire, has received a national accolade at the AA Hospitality Awards 2025, taking home the Notable Wine List Award.
The award follows a nomination for the AA Wine Award for Scotland and recognises the skill and commitment of the sommelier and culinary team behind Eòlas, whose wine list showcases both provenance and innovation. The team’s approach to pairing and presentation was central to the award win.
