Buchan Braes Hotel restaurant retains AA Rosette for 17th year in-a-row

Buchan Braes Hotel restaurant, The Grill Room, has retained its AA Rosette for excellence which it has held since 2009, not long after opening its doors.

The Grill Room, which champions the flavours of the north-east, is led by Head Chef Jamie Manson and Sous Chef Stewart Lafferty, and the kitchen team use the best produce from the region to deliver a menu that currently includes venison loin with glazed roots and halibut with dill crushed potatoes and a lemon velouté sauce.

Hotel Manager, Jason Young, said, “Retaining the AA Rosette is a source of great pride for everyone at Buchan Braes. Jamie, Stewart, and the entire team work tirelessly to create an experience that guests remember, and this award reflects that passion.”
