Luxury Scotland has announced that Ardbeg House has joined its membership portfolio.
Ardbeg House, in Port Ellen on Islay, is a 12-room hotel developed in partnership with Ardbeg Distillery. The interiors were designed by Russell Sage Studio and include bespoke elements from over 20 Scottish and Islay-based makers with each room featuring individual themes with references to local legends and the island’s whisky heritage. Guests also have access to daily private distillery tours and other whisky-related experiences.
Dorothy Welsh, Chief Executive of Luxury Scotland said, “Each new member is selected for the quality of their offering and the way they contribute to the wider narrative of luxury in Scotland.”
Luxury Scotland now represents more than 20 Scottish properties and services, including castles, country houses, and destination hotels.
