Dakota Eurocentral have been presented with a Gold Award by Green Tourism which recognises sustainable achievements of businesses within the tourism industry.
Dakota Eurocentral have spearheaded several sustainable initiatives in the last few years, including the installation of 400 solar panels in 2022, and the unveiling of electric charging points in 2021 – designed to encourage more eco-friendly travel to and from the hotel.
The boutique hotel was also the hub for e-buses during COP26, and promotes the use of local produce across its Bar and Grill menus.
Dakota Eurocentral said that they are “looking forward to developing their sustainability effort further in future, with the support and advice of Green Tourism.”
