Cameron House on Loch Lomond has completed a £300,000 refurbishment of its award-winning spa and announced the appointment of Gillian McGraffin as its new Spa Director.
The investment has refreshed the ground-floor indoor pool and upgraded the hydro and hot tub areas. Across both levels, changing areas have been updated with new showers, lockers and accessories. The hydro area now features LED showers and a new light box installation, while the rooftop infinity pool has also been enhanced.
The redesign incorporates ceramic and marble finishes, graphite and green mosaic tiling, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views over the resort’s golf course. Café Spa has extended its opening hours to 9 am–5 pm and introduced a new menu. The Clubhouse remains an additional dining option for spa guests.
Meanwhile, Gillian McGraffin has taken up the role of Spa Director following more than 25 years in the luxury spa and leisure industry, with previous positions at Grantley Hall, Cowley Manor and The Grand Hotel Brighton.
She said, “I’m thrilled to be joining Cameron House at such an exciting time. The transformation gives us an incredible platform to build on the exceptional service the team already delivers, and I’m looking forward to working with such talented colleagues to create memorable experiences for every guest.”
